Change your purchasing habits and buy from local farmers at markets.

Do your own research to find household products that have NO toxins in them.

Below is a list of products for inside and outside your home that we all can purchase

to lessen the amounts of chemical use since we live above our aquifer:

Adding EarthWorm bacteria to your septic system once a month will help lessen the amount of nitrogen getting out of your leaching field.  Flush one full box down a toilet on the first of each month.  Purchase 6 boxes at a time to feed the septic beneficial bacteria that eats poop. Lessen the amount of Nitrogen in our environment.

What kind of soap do you use to shower in?  What kind of soap is at every sink in your house?  Try to find a soap that won't harm any worms or beneficial insects and purchase that.  There are many different kinds of Dr. Bronners soaps for a range of scents and sensitivities.  For example, use peppermint for a range of pest and fungus controls like mold.

Essential oils come in a wide range of scents that are very strong so only use a few drops at a time.  Add them to your drier ball to give the scent of your choice to your clothes.  You can add a few drops to a spray bottle full of vinegar when cleaning your home so it doesn't smell like vinegar  :)

Drier balls are the answer to not using toxic drier sheets any more.  Grab a wool ball at a farmers market for $5 or so and use it all year long.  Adding a few drops of your favorite essential oil adds a scent that won't harm anything in nature.

The Magnetic Laundry System = No need for detergents any more!  Use these 2 magnets to beat out the soot in your laundry - it really works! The magnets are coated with a plastic to not harm clothing.  Google it yourself to learn more and order directly. Save money and it's much better to not add any detergents into our aquifer.

CLEAN YOUR HOME
with natural ingredients only!
Use white vinegar to disinfect, lemon for scent and baking soda for anything you need to scrub ~
it's that simple and it really works!
What kind of toothpaste do you use?
Seek toothpaste without fluoride and find a toothbrush that is bamboo to lessen amount of plastic in the world.
                                   :)

Choose shampoo and conditioners for your hair wisely.  There are many available locally that won't harm our aquifer over time.
